Try Dive | 4,000 Taka

What is a ‘Try Dive’?
A “Try Dive” is a beginner’s introduction to scuba diving, typically done in a swimming pool. A certified instructor guides you through using the equipment and breathing underwater in a safe, controlled environment.
It involves a brief session on safety and gear, practicing some basic skills, and getting a taste of the underwater experience. You do not need to be a strong swimmer or commit to a full certification course to participate.

What to Expect During a Try Dive?
Briefing and Equipment Setup: You will receive a safety and equipment briefing from an instructor and will be helped to put on your diving gear.
Shallow Water Introduction: The experience will start from the shallow water of the sea, where you, under the guidance of the instructor, will get used to breathing and staying underwater.
Skill Practice: You will learn and practice basic skills, such as equalizing your ears and handling your equipment.
Underwater Exploration: After getting comfortable, you will move to the deeper parts of the pool (or the designated dive area) to experience weightlessness and explore the underwater world.
No Prior Experience Needed: You don’t need any prior experience or to be a strong swimmer to participate.
Medical Consideration: You will likely need to fill out a medical questionnaire beforehand to ensure you are fit to dive.

What’s Next After a Try Dive?
Certification: If you enjoy the experience and want to continue, the next step is a full certification course, such as the PADI Open Water Diver course (for ages 10 and up) or a similar program offered by your local dive center.
Further Intro Experience: Some centres offer a more in-depth alternative called Discover Scuba Diving (DSD), which includes a bit more theory and may take place in open water, giving you a broader understanding of scuba diving.
